Swimming Team - Term 1

I was the only boy from Room 21 who took part in the Swimming Zones.  It has been the most favourite part of my year so far.

I am learning to use my understanding of the text to help me to find the missing words in sentences.

I am so proud of completing Task One in one day.

It can be tricky to find the missing words in the dictionary.

My buddy can help me by finding the words for me.

The next step for me in my reading is to to get better at my comprehension.

Multiplying and Dividing

I am learning to multiply and divide by 10, 100 and 1000’s.

I am so proud because I never used to know how to divide by 1000.

It can be tricky to explain the rule of dividing by 10, 100 and 1000.

My buddy can help me by checking my work for mistakes.

The next step for me in my learning is to do this with bigger numbers.
